South Devon UTC is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic school administrator to coordinate the operational and compliance aspects of South Devon UTC. This will initially be for the period of one academic year, but has the potential to be extended. The post of Senior Administrator is a busy and demanding role to coordinate HR, H&S, Facilities and Administration Support for the college, liaising with external providers to ensure legal compliances, regulations, standards and best practice are met in an efficient and effective way. You will be line managing a small group of administration and facilities staff to ensure students, staff, parents/carers and members of the public receive high levels of service in regards to operational and logistical support.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, or have experience of school administration as well as senior or management level administration experience in other industries to enable you to hit the ground running. You will be a creative problem solver, relish a challenge and have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills.
