You can apply to join South Devon UTC in Year 10 through the normal round of admissions using the Devon County Council D-CAF4 Application for Transfer Form available from the Devon County Council Admissions website. or download the DCAF4 below.
Applications close on 31 October each year. If you apply after this date, the application will be considered late unless you can demonstrate that you were unable to apply on time, for example, because of illness or a house move. For illness to be taken into account, it must have prevented an application being made. If the reason you give is accepted and you are able to apply by the date when applications are processed by us, your application will be considered to have been made on time. Devon County Council will email your child’s offer of a school place on Monday 2 March 2020. Please make sure your email address is kept up to date with county.

In-Year Admissions
If you are currently in Year 10 or 11 and wish to apply for an in-year transfer please complete an “Expression of Interest” form and contact the college. We will then be in touch to offer an informal meeting with a member of the Senior Leadership Team to discuss your application and what you hope to get out of your learning experience at South Devon UTC. Sixth Form
To transfer from another school or college to take a place in the sixth form please complete the Sixth form you can submit an expression of interest. . A member of the team will be in touch with you to arrange for a 1:1 discussion with a senior member of staff and guide you through the application process.
