MPS 1 to 6 or UPS 1 to 3 (£22,467 to £38,250 dependent upon current experience)
Unqualified Teachers also considered (UQT 1 to 6 £16,461 to £26,034)

South Devon UTC are searching for a Technology and/or Engineering teacher to work with our 14 to 19yr old students. For the right candidate, South Devon UTC will be an incredibly rewarding place to teach with state of the art equipment, motivated small groups of students and an environment designed specifically for the specialisms of Engineering, Science and Digital Technologies. You will also have the opportunity to make students learning relate to the world of work through our employer sponsors and Challenge Projects. A dynamic, creative and adaptable approach to teaching along with a commitment to professional development and knowledge and skill sharing with colleagues and local networks is essential.
Newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply and the post is also open to unqualified teachers with relevant qualifications in technology or engineering and significant industry experience combined with experience of training and/or working with young people. Training and support will be available to the successful candidate.
An understanding of Safeguarding, Preventing Extremism and SMSC is required.
